F Low-Pressure Wide-Angle Water Curtain Nozzle - Metal

The metal low-pressure wide-angle water curtain fan spray nozzle generates a 75° coverage angle at 1.5 kg/cm² pressure. The reflective spray design outside the nozzle enhances debris passage, effectively preventing blockages. Suitable for cleaning, firefighting, dust suppression, and odor control applications.

Water Curtain Nozzle

The spray pattern of a water curtain nozzle is a horizontally expanding thin water film, resembling a transparent water wall. This type of spray can create a broad and uniform coverage area within a specific region, making it ideal for applications such as fire prevention, dust suppression, odor control, defoaming, and other scenarios requiring even distribution.

Fan Spray Nozzle Spray Pattern

A single-fluid fan spray nozzle produces a spray pattern resembling a fan, hence the name. The coverage pattern, when viewed from above the target area, forms a single-line shape with tapered edges on both sides.

Mountain-Shaped Flow Distribution

The fan spray nozzle has maximum spray volume in the center, decreasing towards the edges, forming a mound-shaped distribution. Ideal for concentrated impact applications like surface cleaning. For uniform spraying, install nozzles closer together to overlap coverage areas and improve uniformity.distribution.

The fan spray nozzle offers a wide range of flow rates. For example, at a standard design pressure of 1.5 Kg/cm², the flow rates range from 0.28 Lpm to 11.20 Lpm. (For other flow rate requirements, please refer to the specification sheet or contact us directly.)

Multiple angles to choose from

The fan-shaped nozzle angle can range from 145° to 160°. Low-pressure wide-angle nozzles can produce a broad coverage area even at a relative low pressure of 1.5kg/cm². This requires a lower operating pressure compared to the standard fan-shaped nozzle at 3kg/cm², making it more suitable for working in low-pressure environments.

Single-piece design

This nozzle attaches to pipelines directly. Usage time and environment impact spray performance (flow and angle). Regular maintenance or replacement needed. For tougher conditions, we have a quick-release multi-piece nozzle for easy replacement, saving time and effort.
