About Hollow Cone Nozzles

Spray patterns

Hollow Cone. The shape of the spray is circular (circular Impact).

Flow distribution

A valley-shaped flow distribution with stronger flow at both ends and weaker flow in the middle.

Multi-piece design

The nozzle part adopts a two-piece structure. The nozzle part can be disassembled to facilitate maintenance, cleaning and replacement; the nozzle part and the base buckle are positioned by the clamp, and the installation can be completed with bare hands without tools.

The nozzle channel has a simple structure, with a 40mm diameter to effectively prevent foreign objects from causing blockages.

Install by hands

The nozzle is positioned with a snap-fit connection to the base, requiring no tools, and can be easily installed by hand.

The spray direction is 90 degrees to the installation direction. Please make sure that the installation environment meets the requirements (The base is shared with the QSH and QSF nozzles. If the spray direction is limited, QSH can be used with the QSF nozzle head)

Installation

Easy installing with 5 simple steps !

Step 1

Aim the installation hole of the clamp at the pipe installation hole.

Step 2

Fasten with the pipe clamp.

Step 3

Tighten the screw by hand, and tighten again by electric screwdriver.

Step 4

Put the nozzle and the union nut on the pipe clamp.

Step 5

Aim the bottom of nozzle at the pipe clamp.

Finished

Tighten the nozzle clockwise.
