A flat fan nozzle works by forcing liquid through an oval-shaped orifice, spreading it into a fan shape. This design provides strong central flow and weaker edges, ideal for uniform coverage in industries like semiconductors, PCB manufacturing, and steel. It offers precise control, resists clogging, and delivers high impact force.
A single-fluid fan spray nozzle produces a spray pattern resembling a fan, hence the name. The coverage pattern, when viewed from above the target area, forms a single-line shape with tapered edges on both sides. Learn more : Nozzle Spray Pattern
The fan spray nozzle has maximum spray volume in the center, decreasing towards the edges, forming a Bell-shaped distribution. Ideal for concentrated impact applications like surface cleaning. For uniform spraying, install nozzles closer together to overlap coverage areas and improve uniformity. Learn more : Nozzle Flow Distribution
The fan spray nozzle offers a wide range of flow rates. For example, at a standard design pressure of 3 Kg/cm², the flow rates range from 0.78 Lpm to 11.73 Lpm. (For other flow rate requirements, please refer to the specification sheet or contact us directly.) Learn more: Nozzle Pressure, Orifice Size, and Flow Rate
The fan spray nozzle provides various angle options, with 0° producing a straight jet for maximum impact, and 110° offering the widest coverage. For specific inventory details, please contact us. Learn more : Nozzle Spray Angle & Coverage
The two-piece quick-release design features three snap-lock points between the nozzle and the base, allowing for tool-free assembly and disassembly, precise positioning, and convenient maintenance.
The QF series offers 4 body types, with the QF thread body being the most popular due to its compatibility with various standard fittings and piping systems, alongside 3 welding bodies.
The flow tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 5% of the standard flow rate.
Angle tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 5% of the standard angle.
We take high quality smithing metal to produce solid and durable nozzles by detail turning.
We promise never to use recycled materials.
All material is purchased from world top providers.
Flow meters in PCB electroplating, developing, and etching processes monitor precise chemical and cleaning fluid flow; nozzles control chemical coating and rinsing
For nozzle with QF Body (thread)
Drill correspon-ding female threads on your pipe
Aim the thread of nozzle body at the female thread. Tightening the body clockwise at the pipe hole.
Aim QFH nozzle tip to nozzle body.
Put QFH nozzle tip into nozzle body.
Fasten the tip and body clockwise to install the nozzle. If neighboring nozzles overlap, set them at least 5° apart to prevent performance issues.
Installation completed.
For nozzle with QFSA Body (welding)
Drill correspon-ding hole on your pipe.Aim the bottom of QFSA nozzle body at the hole
Use welding torch to fix QFSA nozzle body in the pipe hole
Aim QFH nozzle tip to nozzle body
Fasten the tip and body clockwise to install the nozzle. Ensure at least 5° declination between staggered nozzles to maintain performance.
