About Spiral Nozzle

Spray patterns

The single-unit spiral structure nozzle, commonly referred to as a pigtail nozzle or mosquito coil-shaped nozzle, sprays in the form of a solid cone. The spray pattern (the shape formed when viewed from above after spraying onto the target) consists of multiple concentric circles.

Flow distribution

A valley-shaped flow distribution with stronger flow at both ends and weaker flow in the middle.

Unibody design

Unibody design with no internal parts. To compare with general full cone nozzles, It has a larger minimum free passage for effectively avoiding clogging.

Material Options

UPVC (for temperature up to 60°C)
PEEK (for temperature up to 260°C/482°F and highly corrosive chemicals)

120° ~ 170° spray angle

The spray angle is from 120° to 170°. This large spray angle design provides larger coverage than general fan and full cone nozzles.

Apply Teflon tape, tighten nozzle clockwise for no leaks.
