A single-fluid nozzle, with a spray pattern in the shape of a cone, is commonly referred to as a solid cone nozzle in the industry. The spray pattern (the shape formed when the nozzle sprays down onto the target) is circular when viewed from above.
The flow distribution of a solid cone nozzle exhibits a mountain-shaped pattern with stronger flow in the middle and gradually weakening flow towards both ends.
The two-piece combination design is divided into a nozzle and a body. The nozzle part can be fixed to the body without fixing the nut. The body has a special pipe clamp design. It is only necessary to drill a hole in the water outlet pipe, and then lock it with iron screw. The nozzle is fixed on the pipe. This nozzle is commonly used in the pre-painting and continuous casting machine cooling process.
The flow tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 10% of the standard flow rate.
Angle tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 10% of the standard angle.
We take high quality smithing metal to produce solid and durable nozzles by detail turning.
We promise never to use recycled materials.
All material is purchased from world top providers.
Flow meters ensure precise paint-solvent ratios for quality and eco-friendliness, while nozzles guarantee paint quality and environmental compliance by controlling the mixture
Easy installing with 5 simple steps !
Aim the installation hole of the clamp at the pipe installation hole.
Fasten with the pipe clamp.
Tighten the screw by hand, and tighten again by electric screwdriver.
Put the nozzle and the union nut on the pipe clamp.
Adjust the direction of the nozzle and tighten the union nut.
