The Principle

The Principle

Used for liquid stirring under the liquid surface. Specially designed nozzle creates a stirring and circulating effect. This nozzle can mix chemicals, direct suspended substances to a filter, and prevent precipitation.

Energy-efficient liquid stirring: the eductor nozzles are designed to suck and spray liquid through the amplified nozzle tube to increase the liquid flow rate up to 4 times, providing more efficient stirring than aeration or robot arms. (Quantity supplied + Intake = Total Flow)

Recommended working pressure: 0.5 kgf/cm²
Flowrate tolerance: ± 10% @ 0.5 ± 0.1 kgf/cm²

  • Please choose the nozzle that best suits your requirements based on the selection guidelines provided below. 
    • For a 1/4" base with internal thread, choose a matching 1/4" external threaded nozzle, and ensure base thread is NPT or BSPT.
    • Choose the H or NH series for a one-piece fan nozzle that fits your needs.
    • To find the nozzle flow rate that matches your requirements, specifically the spray flow rate for each nozzle based on your needs, please consult the "Flow Rate and Angle Comparison Chart" below.
    • To determine the nozzle angle that meets your requirements, which corresponds to the spray coverage area of each nozzle based on your needs, please consult the "Flow Rate and Angle Comparison Chart" below.
    • Choose the right nozzle material to match your needs, as different environments demand specific materials. Select accordingly based on your usage context.

Drill correspon-ding female threads on your pipe.

For better leakproof-ness, please use Teflon seal tape on nozzle thread. Aim the thread of nozzle at the female thread. Tighten the nozzle clockwise.
