The QFSA body features an external arc-shaped design that fits securely to pipes, ensuring a stable connection. It is particularly suitable for PCB wet processes requiring regular maintenance and is compatible with QF series nozzles.
The QF series nozzles feature a two-piece quick-release design with three locking points between the nozzle and base, allowing for tool-free assembly, precise positioning, and easy maintenance. Various nozzle heads, bases, and gasket materials are available to meet different spraying and installation requirements.
Made of PVC with a welding connection, the QFSA base offers durability and saves time on nozzle re-alignment during maintenance. Its arc-shaped design ensures a secure fit to pipes. Compatible with QF series nozzles, not with QS series.
The QF series offers four types of connector bases to meet various requirements. The QF threaded body is available in three thread sizes: 1/4", 1/8", and 3/8". Additionally, there are three welded body options: QFSA welding body, QFWG positioning type, and QFWG standard type. Contact us for more information and to choose the right option for your needs.
