LORRIC QF Series multi-slotted core cone spray nozzle features a multi-piece design for quick, tool-free disassembly. It offers uniform flow distribution and spray, making it an ideal choice for low-flow applications. Commonly used in semiconductor and PCB manufacturing, acid washing, and chemical spraying.

Liquid flows through the nozzle's multi-slotted core, creating rotating streams. Centrifugal force forms a circular spray pattern. The core ensures uniform flow and spray, ideal for semiconductor processes, chemical distribution, cleaning, and cooling.
Single-fluid nozzles produce a conical spray pattern, commonly referred to as full cone nozzles in the industry. The coverage shape (as seen from above after spraying onto the target) is circular. Learn more: Nozzle Spray Patterns
The spray volume is greatest in the middle of the spray range and gradually decreases toward the edges, forming a bell-shaped distribution curve. This makes it suitable for applications requiring concentrated impact, such as cleaning surface dirt. If uniform spraying is desired, reducing the nozzle spacing—overlapping the spray coverage of two nozzles—can improve insufficient coverage. Learn more: Nozzle Flow Rate Distribution
The fan spray nozzle offers a wide range of flow rates. For example, at a standard design pressure of 2 Kg/cm², the flow rates range from 1 Lpm to 5.50 Lpm. (For other flow rate requirements, please refer to the specification sheet or contact us directly.) Learn more: Nozzle Pressure, Orifice Size, and Flow Rate
The solid cone nozzle offers 0° to 120° spray angles. A 0° angle provides a straight jet with a single-point spray, delivering the highest impact among all nozzle types. The 120° angle offers the widest coverage, while the standard 60° angle provides balanced impact and coverage. For specific specs, contact us. Learn more : Nozzle Spray Angle & Coverage
The two-piece quick-release design features three snap-lock points between the nozzle and the base, allowing for tool-free assembly and disassembly, precise positioning, and convenient maintenance.
The QF series offers 4 body types, with the QF thread body being the most popular due to its compatibility with various standard fittings and piping systems, alongside 3 welding bodies.
The flow tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 5% of the standard flow rate.
Angle tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 5% of the standard angle.

For nozzle with QF Body (thread)
Drill correspon-ding female threads on your pipe
Aim the thread of nozzle body at the female thread. Tightening the body clockwise at the pipe hole.
Aim QFH nozzle tip to nozzle body.
Put QFH nozzle tip into nozzle body.
Fasten the tip and body clockwise to complete installation. If neighboring nozzles are staggered, ensure at least a 5-degree declination to maintain performance.
Installation completed.
For nozzle with QFSA Body (welding)
Drill correspon-ding hole on your pipe.Aim the bottom of QFSA nozzle body at the hole
Use welding torch to fix QFSA nozzle body in the pipe hole
Aim QFH nozzle tip to nozzle body
Fasten the tip and the body clockwise to finish the nozzle installation Finished If the neighboring nozzles stagger with each other, you should place the nozzles at least 5 degrees of declination. Otherwise, the performance might be affected.
