X-Shaped Axial Full Cone Nozzle

Liquid passes through multi-porous or X-shaped baffles, creating rotating streams. As it exits, centrifugal force forms a circular spray pattern. The solid cone nozzle works well at low pressure, providing wide coverage and uniform droplets, ideal for semiconductor processes, chemical distribution, and coating.

Mountain-Shaped Flow Distribution

The Full Cone Spray Nozzle has maximum spray volume in the center, decreasing towards the edges, forming a mound-shaped distribution. Ideal for concentrated impact applications like surface cleaning. The solid cone nozzle offers 0° to 120° spray angles. A 0° angle provides a straight jet with a single-point spray, delivering the highest impact among all nozzle types. The 120° angle offers the widest coverage, while the standard 60° angle provides balanced impact and coverage. For specific specs, contact us.
