Taiwan-made FRPP single-fluid hollow cone nozzle with fine spray droplets, clog-resistant, and operable at low pressure. Features a 40mm debris passage. Ideal for exhaust gas scrubbing, gas dispersion, machinery cooling, and liquid/gas cooling applications.

Hollow Cone Nozzles

The liquid forms a vortex inside the nozzle's cavity, creating a hollow cone spray through the curved opening. Commonly used in scrubbers, cooling, dust suppression, and humidification, hollow cone nozzles have large channels that prevent clogging and produce fine atomized spray.

Hollow Cone Nozzle Spray Pattern

A single-fluid nozzle, known as a hollow cone nozzle, produces a spray pattern shaped like a hollow cone. The coverage pattern, when viewed from above, forms a hollow circular shape on the target surface.

Donut-shaped Flow Distribution

The flow distribution of a hollow cone nozzle features a donut-shaped pattern, with stronger flow at the edges and weaker flow in the center.

Shark teeth design

Shark teeth design provides a more liquid surface for better cooling performance. No complicated structure in the nozzle flow path provides the maximum free passage of 40mm which effectively avoids clogging.

Two-piece design

Two pieces nozzle design enables easy cleaning and installation.

About engineering tolerance

The flow tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 10% of the standard flow rate.
