KPMF Plastic Multi-Slotted Precision Control Solid Cone Nozzle

Mountain-Shaped Flow Distribution

The Full Cone Spray Nozzle has maximum spray volume in the center, decreasing towards the edges, forming a mound-shaped distribution. Ideal for concentrated impact applications like surface cleaning. For uniform spraying, install nozzles closer together to overlap coverage areas and improve uniformity.distribution.

The fan spray nozzle offers a wide range of flow rates. For example, at a standard design pressure of 2 Kg/cm², the flow rates range from 1 Lpm to 14 Lpm. (For other flow rate requirements, please refer to the specification sheet or contact us directly.)

This single-unit product can be directly attached to the pipeline. The nozzle, due to usage and environmental factors, requires regular maintenance or replacement. We also offer multi-part quick-disconnect nozzles for time-saving maintenance.
