The QF series threaded base is popular for its compatibility with various standard fittings and piping systems. Designed for use with QF series nozzles.
The QF series nozzles feature a two-piece quick-release design with three locking points between the nozzle and base, allowing for tool-free assembly, precise positioning, and easy maintenance. Various nozzle heads, bases, and gasket materials are available to meet different spraying and installation requirements.
Available in PP, PVDF, and UPVC, the QF series threaded base is compatible with various standard fittings and piping systems. It comes in 1/4", 1/8", and 3/8" thread sizes and is designed for QF series nozzles (see specifications), but not QS series.
The QF series offers four types of connector bases to meet various requirements. The QF threaded body is available in three thread sizes: 1/4", 1/8", and 3/8". Additionally, there are three welded body options: QFSA welding body, QFWG positioning type, and QFWG standard type. Contact us for more information and to choose the right option for your needs.

Flow meters in PCB electroplating, developing, and etching processes monitor precise chemical and cleaning fluid flow; nozzles control chemical coating and rinsing
流量計で化学液体や純水処理液を監視、ノズルで噴霧を制御し、プロセスの安定性と純度を維持
Flow meters ensure cleaning efficiency and reduce water wastage; nozzles uniformly distribute water, enhancing the cleaning effect while simultaneously reducing water consumption
