A flat fan nozzle works by forcing liquid through an oval-shaped orifice, spreading it into a fan shape. This design provides strong central flow and weaker edges, ideal for uniform coverage in industries like semiconductors, PCB manufacturing, and steel. It offers precise control, resists clogging, and delivers high impact force.
A single-fluid fan spray nozzle produces a spray pattern resembling a fan, hence the name. The coverage pattern, when viewed from above the target area, forms a single-line shape with tapered edges on both sides.
The fan spray nozzle has maximum spray volume in the center, decreasing towards the edges, forming a mound-shaped distribution. Ideal for concentrated impact applications like surface cleaning. For uniform spraying, install nozzles closer together to overlap coverage areas and improve uniformity.distribution.
The fan spray nozzle offers a wide range of flow rates. For example, at a standard design pressure of 1.5 Kg/cm², the flow rates range from 0.28 Lpm to 2.80 Lpm. (For other flow rate requirements, please refer to the specification sheet or contact us directly.)
Spraying at a 75-degree angle from the nozzle axis, please ensure that the installation environment allows for this configuration.
The fan-shaped nozzle angle can range from 145° to 160°. Low-pressure wide-angle nozzles can produce a broad coverage area even at a relative low pressure of 1.5kg/cm². This requires a lower operating pressure compared to the standard fan-shaped nozzle at 3kg/cm², making it more suitable for working in low-pressure environments.
Under low-pressure operation, it can generate a wide-angle fan-shaped spray with even distribution and moderate impact force. The fan-shaped spray curtain is longer and less likely to produce water mist.
This product features a multi-piece quick-disconnect design, allowing for easy replacement of the nozzle head in case of nozzle damage due to harsh environmental conditions. This design saves both labor and time costs.
The flow tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 10% of the standard flow rate.
Angle tolerance is within a range of plus or minus 10% of the standard angle.

Flow meters in PCB electroplating, developing, and etching processes monitor precise chemical and cleaning fluid flow; nozzles control chemical coating and rinsing
Flow meters monitor chemical liquids and pure water treatment fluids supply; nozzles control the spraying of chemical liquids to ensure process purity and stability.
Easy installing with 5 simple steps !
Aim the installation hole of the clamp at the pipe installation hole.
Fasten with the pipe clamp.
Tighten the screw by hand, and tighten again by electric screwdriver.
Put the nozzle and the union nut on the pipe clamp.
Adjust the direction of the nozzle and tighten the union nut.
