1. How to inquire and order?

Provide the necessary product information and your contact details, and our sales team will contact you. If you decide to place an order, please sign the quotation form and complete the payment as agreed. We will arrange the shipment of your goods as soon as possible.

2. How to find out the product delivery time?

Due to the wide variety of nozzles and flow meters and not all are in stock, and since our products must go through the ISO9001 quality control process, the sales department will notify the factory after receiving your order to confirm specifications and inventory, and arrange manufacturing, quality control testing, and shipping. Therefore, we usually provide the delivery date the day after the order is placed.
If you need an urgent delivery, please contact the sales department when placing your order and provide the specifications and quantity of the product needed. You can also specify the desired delivery date in the order notes, and our sales staff will coordinate with the factory to respond to you as soon as possible.

3. Payment methods?

Please make payments via T/T or PayPal before production.

5. Shipping methods?

For areas outside Taiwan: Depending on the region, shipments can be made via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, OCS, UCF, SF Express, etc.
If you need to specify a courier, please note it when placing your order or inform us by phone.

6. Do you offer OEM or ODM?

Although we do not offer Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) services, we can launch products in partnership under a "co-branded" approach.
