The QF series, QFWG Welding Body, base with a PVC welded connection is specifically designed for flat installations like PCB spray plates. It is compatible with QF series nozzles for optimal performance.
The QF series nozzles feature a two-piece quick-release design with three locking points between the nozzle and base, allowing for tool-free assembly, precise positioning, and easy maintenance. Various nozzle heads, bases, and gasket materials are available to meet different spraying and installation requirements.
Made of PVC and welded for enhanced durability, the QFWG base is ideal for flat installations like PCB spray plates. It saves time on nozzle angle re-adjustment during maintenance and provides a more secure fit compared to threaded installations. This base is compatible with QF series nozzles (refer to the specifications), but not with QS series nozzles.
The QF series offers four types of connector bases to meet various requirements. The QF threaded body is available in three thread sizes: 1/4", 1/8", and 3/8". Additionally, there are three welded body options: QFSA welding body, QFWG positioning type, and QFWG standard type. Contact us for more information and to choose the right option for your needs.
